Are Medisoles suitable for all shoe sizes?

Yes, we offer our insoles in 3 sizes: 

Small for UK sizes 3-6 (EU 36-39)

Medium for UK sizes 6-9 (EU 39-43)

Large for UK sizes 9-12 (EU 43-47) 

Medisoles are easily trimmed to fit any shoe and include guidelines on the bottom of the sole for trimming to make the process perfectly simple. For example if you are a UK size 9 you would need to order medium size insoles and are unlikely to require any trimming. If you are a UK size 7 you would also need to order medium size insoles and then use the guidelines on the sole to trim to your size.

Are Medisoles comfortable?

Most people will find our insoles immediately comfortable but we are all different and others might find it takes a little longer for their feet to get used to the insoles and receive the full benefit.
